Erko is a masterplanned urban regeneration project that delivered 320 high quality dwellings across 3 stages. The project, designed by SJB Archicects and constructed by Richard Crookes, involved the rejuvenation of a 16,150 sqm former light industrial site located within the Ashmore precinct, 400 metres south of the Erskineville village and train station.
