Designed by Bates Smart and constructed by Parkview, The Gantry is an award-winning complex featuring landscaped courtyard gardens and a resort-style swimming pool. Completed in 2013, the project integrates new residential buildings with historic industrial building fabric with the aim of preserving the rich history of the site. The titling structure consists of 9 stratum lots within a BMC, including 6 separate strata schemes.
