Ying is a Chartered Accountant and registered BAS Agent with over 13 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Holding a Master of Professional Accounting, she leads Strata Republic’s Accounts Team and oversees all financial matters across both our business operations and client portfolio.

Ying brings extensive expertise across all areas of accounting, including trust accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and forecasting. Her meticulous approach, combined with strong analytical and strategic capability, ensures accuracy, transparency, and consistency in all financial processes.

Her ability to deliver clear, forward-looking financial insights provides both the business and our clients with confidence and peace of mind, knowing their financial affairs are being managed with diligence, integrity, and professionalism.

Daniel has over 17 years of experience in Strata Management, both as a manager and in senior executive roles, working in Sydney, Singapore, and Thailand. He is passionate about Strata and community living, and is dedicated to building, fostering, and nurturing relationships. Daniel acts as a trusted and respected advisor and partner, helping to navigate the positive aspects and challenges that face apartment and community living.

He specialises in managing prestige and complex multi-tiered strata schemes, communities, and building management committees, managing some of Sydney’s most landmark and prestigious properties and developments.

Daniel has received multiple prestigious industry awards from the Strata Community Association (SCA) NSW & Australasia, including the Australasia and NSW State Senior Strata Manager of the Year in both 2017 and 2018. In 2025, Daniel was appointed to the Strata & Property Development peak industry body committees, namely the SCA 2025 Policy and Legislative Committee and the UDIA 2025 Committee.

Highly organised and customer service-oriented, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to Strata Republic, with over 10 years of experience in the strata industry.

With a qualified trade background, together with many years of experience owning and managing his own business, Tim offers practical, hands-on expertise across a broad range of strata matters. He plays a key role in assisting our clients with technical and compliance-related issues, including, without limitation, the coordination and management of insurance claims, building defects, remedial works, and general strata compliance matters.

Tim is known for his proactive, honest, and solutions-focused approach to every aspect of strata management. His effective communication, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving practical outcomes ensure our clients receive clear guidance and well-informed advice at every stage.

Ashley Hunt is a Licensed Senior Strata Manager with over 14 years of experience managing residential, mixed-use, and complex strata developments across Sydney. He has built a strong reputation for delivering practical solutions to complex building and operational challenges.

Ashley specialises in building defect management, remediation projects, stakeholder engagement, and capital works planning. He has extensive experience coordinating consultants, builders, lawyers, and developers to assist Owners Corporations through defect investigations, rectification works, and dispute resolution processes.

Known for his proactive approach, strong communication skills, and attention to detail, Ashley provides strategic guidance to strata committees, helping them achieve informed outcomes while protecting the long-term interests of their communities.

Following a career in management within the hospitality industry, Zach transitioned into the Strata Management industry applying his strong customer service and senior management skills to strata management. He has over 5 years’ experience as a Strata Manager, is a Class 1 licence holder, and is an accredited Strata Managing Agent.

Zach specialises in the management of multitiered properties within Building Management Committee (BMC) structures, as well as new developments. His clients benefit from proactive management, timely communication, and a conscientious work ethic. Highly competent in the administration of both Strata Title schemes and BMCs, Zach’s portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use properties.

In 2025, Zach was a finalist for the prestigious Strata Community Association (NSW) Strata Manager of the Year award, recognising his commitment to professional excellence and industry best practice.

Lauren Jakimowicz has over six years of experience in strata management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Law). She is also nearing completion of a Master of Property Investment and Development. Her background in residential development gives her a strong practical understanding of the property industry.

Lauren is known for her strong project and time management skills, along with her effective and pragmatic problem-solving abilities. She takes a straightforward, positive approach to strata management and is friendly and approachable in her dealings with clients. Lauren has experience across BMCs, Commercial, Industrial, Community Associations, Company Title, and a wide range of small to large strata schemes.

Ruby Carr brings a wealth of hands-on experience as a Strata Manager, having worked across prestigious buildings and high-profile remedial projects throughout NSW. With over six years of experience in the strata industry and a background in quantity surveying and construction finance, Ruby has a comprehensive understanding of building processes, project management, and strata operations.

She is well-regarded for her in-depth knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act, particularly in relation to meetings, defect management, and Tribunal matters. As a Licensed Strata Manager and active SCA member, Ruby combines technical expertise with a genuine, client-focused approach—always mindful that she is managing one of her clients’ most significant investments.

After first joining Strata Republic in 2016 as a Class 1 Licensed Senior Strata Manager, overseeing a portfolio of well renowned buildings and high end clients, Charlotte rejoined Strata Republic in 2023 as Business Development Manager after a stint in the UK heading up the UK Operations team for an international co-living and lifestyle company in London.

Aiding her capabilities is her worldliness, with both Dutch and English heritage, an education in Interior Design and qualifications in French, Italian and English Literature having studied in both England, France and Sydney. Charlotte understands that excellent customer service and timely product delivery are key to building strong professional relationships.

Jed combines creativity with organisational expertise in his role as a Strata Manager. Drawing on four years of experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry and a background in graphic design, Jed excels at building and nurturing strong client relationships to achieve the best possible outcomes.

His management experience enables him to effectively tackle challenges and deliver outstanding results for clients. Jed is committed to building and nurturing strong relationships.

Livia has a background in sales, marketing and support, and developed her strong commitment to customer service by starting her career in retail sales and soon after moving into property with Ray White Group and Standen Estate Agents. Since moving to Strata Republic in 2017 as EA to the CEO, Livia has cemented her role as a figurehead of the team and leads the administrative team to support our team and clients.

Evelyn holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Accounting from Macau University of Science and Technology. With nine years’ experience as a trust accountant within the strata industry, she brings a high level of technical expertise and precision to all aspects of financial management.

Evelyn is responsible for the effective administration of strata trust accounts, ensuring strict compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Her strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting enables her to manage complex portfolios with accuracy and efficiency. Evelyn’s diligent and methodical approach provides clients and stakeholders with confidence that all financial processes are handled with integrity, transparency, and professionalism.

Gemma Sykes is a highly accomplished relationship and operations professional based in Sydney, specialising in client experience, stakeholder management, and service excellence across property, retail, events, and education sectors.
With a career spanning senior roles at Mirvac, Jamesons Strata / CNG Property Group, and long-term hosting and leadership work with The Star, Gemma brings a rare blend of operational rigour, emotional intelligence, and charismatic communication. She is known for her ability to build trust quickly, resolve complex issues calmly, and deliver outcomes that balance commercial objectives with exceptional customer experiences.
Gemma’s strengths lie in people leadership, problem-solving, compliance, and stakeholder communication. She is deeply committed to professionalism, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement, and is recognised for her warmth, presence, and results-driven approach.

Bianca joins Strata Republic with over 10 years’ experience in corporate administration and a demonstrated ability to perform in fast-paced, client-focused environments. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, she is committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the properties and communities under her care.
