As a Chartered Accountant and registered BAS agent with a Masters of Professional Accounting, Ying leads our Accounts Team in managing their responsibilities for all financial matters within our company and client portfolio. Her proficiency across all accounting disciplines combined with her thorough forecasting and reporting skills provides our clients with sound peace of mind, confident that their finances are in safe hands.

Daniel Cockerell

General Manager

Daniel has over 16 years Strata Management experience in both Strata Management and Senior Executive, working in Sydney, Singapore and Thailand. He has a passion for Strata, Community living, and building, fostering, and nurturing relationships, acting as a trusted and respected advisor and partner to navigate the positive, and at times challenges, that face apartment & community living. He specialises in the management of prestige and complex multi tiered strata management, communities and building management committees. Daniel won National and NSW State Australasia Senior Strata Manager of the Year 2017 & 2018.

Tim Curac

Operations Manager

Highly organised and customer service oriented, Tim has brought a wealth of knowledge to Strata Republic with over eight years’ prior experience in the strata industry.  With a qualified trade background, coupled with many years’ experience running and managing his own business, Tim assists our clients in all areas of strata compliance including without limitation the management of insurance matters and remedial defect projects.  Tim prides himself on his proactive and honest approach to all disciplines of strata management, and his effective and thorough communication with clients ensure they receive the best advice possible.

Paul Walker

Licensed Strata Manager

Following an extensive career in the hospitality industry including with national hospitality brands, and with the experience of being a Strata Committee member for many years, Paul made the move into the strata industry with Strata Republic.  Now a Licensed Strata Manager, Paul uses his 21 years of experience in venue and facilities management to lead his Owners Corporations with sound guidance and support.

His balanced, common-sense approach to the management of all matters coupled with his effective people-management skills make him the perfect fit for clients, and he was recently recognised by his industry peers as a Finalist in the Strata Communities Australia (NSW) Awards for Excellence 2022, Strata Community Manager Rising Star category.

Zach Maher

Licensed Strata Manager

Following a decade in the hospitality industry with a stint of firefighting to boot, Zach utilised his customer service skills to move into the real estate industry. Gaining experience at a strata management agency south of Sydney, Zach joined the Strata Republic team in 2022. With Zach, our clients enjoy proactive management, timely responses and a conscientious work ethic. Competent in the management of Strata Title and Building Management Committee’s, Zach’s portfolio includes residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

Craig Bridgement

Strata Manager

Following 20 years in the Sales and Marketing industries, Craig utilised his customer service skills and moved into the real estate industry. Gaining experience at a strata management agency on the city fringe, Craig joined the Strata Republic team in 2023. With Craig, our clients enjoy proactive management, timely responses and a conscientious work ethic. Competent in the management of Strata, Company Title and Community Title, Craigs’s portfolio includes residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.

Charlotte Stork

Business Development Manager

Charlotte Stork joined Strata Republic back in 2016 and is now a Business Development Manager. Charlotte really knows the importance of good, practical and responsive customer service. She is efficient, eager to help out, and a true ‘team player’. Aiding her capabilities is her worldliness. She is half Dutch, half English, has studied in both England and France, with qualifications in French and Italian, and an ability to speak Dutch.

Livia Di Bella

Office Manager

Livia has a background in sales, marketing and support, and developed her strong commitment to customer service by starting her career in retail sales and soon after moving into property with Ray White Group and Standen Estate Agents. Since moving to Strata Republic in 2017 as EA to the CEO, Livia has cemented her role as a figurehead of the team and leads the administrative team to support our team and clients.

Yi is a Trust Accountant at Strata Republic.

Yi Lu (Evelyn)

Trust Accountant

With a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Accounting from Macau University of Science and Technology, Evelyn has worked as a trust accountant in the strata industry for four years.  Utilising her knowledge and experience of company finances Evelyn is highly efficient in her management of strata trust accounts and ensuring that all accounting processes are completed in accordance with statutory requirements.

Abigail Cruz

Accounts Payable

Following completion of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Abigail worked in the accounts team at a major food distributor before moving into the real estate sector with Strata Republic.  Responsible for invoice management and administration support, her ever-positive and motivated attitude has seen Abigail develop into a key member of our accounts team.

Lei Castro

Administration Assistant

Following over six years in commercial leasing and with a background in IT, Lei joined the Strata Republic team in 2022 and brings with her a great enthusiasm for the real estate sector.  Lei has advanced skills in administration, property management, time management and customer service, providing our strata management team and our clients with exceptional and reliable support.
