Livia has a background in sales, marketing and support, and developed her strong commitment to customer service by starting her career in retail sales.  After moving into property leasing with the busy Ray White group her meticulous attention to detail saw her quickly promoted to an Executive Assistant role.  Livia continued her career progression at Standen Estate Agents where for two years she was the Executive Assistant to the CEO.  Since moving to Strata Republic in 2017 Livia has cemented her role as Executive Assistant to our Managing Director and as a figurehead of the team, and leads projects for the advancement of our internal operations.

With experience spanning two decades in the real estate sector, Amelia has been a part of the Strata Republic family for over 10 years.  Amelia’s role as Licensed Senior Strata Manager involves the management of a boutique property portfolio located throughout Sydney and the Central Coast, and sees duties ranging from accounting for strata schemes, by-law interpretation and compliance, through to the management of complex insurance claims, defect remediation projects, and refurbishment and renewal of common property to add value to our clients properties and homes.

Following an extensive career in the hospitality industry including with national hospitality brands, and with the experience of being a Strata Committee member for many years, Paul made the move into the strata industry with Strata Republic.  Now a Licensed Strata Manager, Paul uses his 21 years of experience in venue and facilities management to lead his Owners Corporations with sound guidance and support.  His balanced, common-sense approach to the management of all matters coupled with his effective people-management skills make him the perfect fit for clients with a premium service in mind.

After completion of a double degree in Commerce/Arts at Macquarie University, Vincent utilised his customer skills honed in the retail sector and moved into the real estate industry.  Gaining experience at a strata management agency on the Northern Beaches Vincent joined the Strata Republic team in 2018.  With Vincent, our clients enjoy proactive management, timely responses and a conscientious work ethic.  Competent in the management of Strata, Company Title and Community Title, Vincent’s portfolio includes residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.

Wenna is a steadfast believer that good old-fashioned customer service coupled with high-level knowledge and expertise is the driving force behind every successful business relationship.  With a passion for strata and an understanding that not every building is the same, Wenna has worked at both boutique and corporate Strata Management Agencies and has a wealth of experience across all strata bodies.  Holding a Bachelor of Business/Commerce, a Bachelor of Marketing and her licenses in both Real Estate and Strata Management, Wenna understands the needs of her clientele from all aspects of a business standpoint.  Wenna’s dedication and strong work ethic is rival to none, and her clients can be confident that she will always work in an honest and transparent manner.

Dana is an Assistant Strata Manager at Strata Republic.

Having moved from Queensland in 2019, Dana started at Strata Republic in a reception role.  Quickly establishing herself in the office, Dana was soon recognised for her mature, dependable and diligent nature and promoted to the role of Assistant Strata Manager.  With her positive and approachable nature backed with a customer service background, Dana provides holistic support to our clients and Strata Management team.

With a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Accounting from Macau University of Science and Technology, Evelyn has worked as a trust accountant in the strata industry for four years.  Utilising her knowledge and experience of company finances Evelyn is highly efficient in her management of strata trust accounts and ensuring that all accounting processes are completed in accordance with statutory requirements.
