Strata Republic was engaged by the Owners Corporation of this strata scheme to primarily administer and oversee an extensive concrete spalling project.
The building is set on the foreshore of the iconic Sydney Harbour in a prime location with a perfect aspect. It is a heritage property, as are most in its vicinity.
Following our appointment, Strata Republic managed the sourcing of appropriately experienced builders to tender for the rectification works and oversaw the ongoing management of the rectification process.
The Owners Corporation, along with Strata Republic, investigated all options available to it in order to maximise value and mitigate loss in the circumstances. Funds were appropriately raised to accommodate the stage one common area works with as little burden to owners as was achievable.
Throughout the project our advice was warmly received by the Owners Corporation and we are pleased with the outcome that we were able to achieve for the client.
